The Countdown Begins: Aerospace Companies Face Disclosure Dilemma Amid UFO Seizure Threat

US Congress has just made history. As part of the Senate passing the 2024 National Defense Authorization Act it has also passed the UAP Disclosure Act as an amendment. The bill is bipartisan and is expected to next pass the House on its way to ultimately go to the President for signature and become law. If you haven’t been paying attention to the UFO topic (now known as UAP) its time you sit up and take notice. Why? Let me just quote directly from the UAP Disclosure Act

SEC. 10. DISCLOSURE OF RECOVERED TECHNOLOGIES OF UNKNOWN ORIGIN AND BIOLOGICAL EVIDENCE OF NON-HUMAN INTELLIGENCE.

(a) Exercise of Eminent Domain. – The Federal Government shall exercise eminent domain over any and all recovered technologies of unknown origin and biological evidence of non-human intelligence that may be controlled by private persons or entities in the interests of the public good.

Absolutely stunning language with no historical comparison. And while the language is pretty self explanatory let me put this in laymen’s terms – the US government believes aliens and UFOs exist and further more they will use eminent domain to take possession of them.

You’re probably asking yourself how did we get here? The answer – gradually then suddenly. The UFO topic, from the US historical account, has been around a long time. The short version is that reports of crashed or landed UFOs and their alleged coverups dates back to 1945. Near San Antonio, New Mexico on May 31, 1945 witnesses claim to have seen a UFO crash and upon visiting the crash site claimed to find unusual wreckage materials. But something else important happened just a few weeks later on July 16, 1945 near that exact same area. The US detonated the first ever nuclear bomb at the Trinity Test Site.

I highlight these key dates because most people confuse the famous Roswell, New Mexico UFO crash of July 1947 as being the start of UFO crashes in the US. I do not believe that it is coincidence that Roswell is also not far from the Trinity Test Site. There is a long historic correlation between UFOs and nukes, so much so that there’s even an excellent book titled UFOs and Nukes. Extraordinary encounters at nuclear weapons sites by Robert Hastings and cited on the International Atomic Energy Agency’s own website.

For decades there have been allegations that the US government and private aerospace defense contractors have been hiding crashed UFOs and working on reverse engineering programs to understand the technology. Lieutenant Colonel Philip J. Corso in his book The Day After Roswell claims that he was part of a government program providing crashed UFO material to private industry and several technology discoveries resulted including integrated circuit chips, fiber optics, lasers, night vision, kevlar, particle beams, and stealth technology. This makes sense because in the 50’s the talk of break throughs in anti-gravity could be found everywhere and were discussed as almost a forgone conclusion but by the end of the decade the science had gone quiet. From 1952-1969 the U.S. Air Force ran Project Blue Book to address the growing number of public sightings of UFOs. Sadly what the Air Force told the public which was that UFOs were swamp gas, stars, balloons, etc was very different than what they internally believed which was UFOs were real and a concerning matter of national security.

Fast forward to 1989 and a young man named Bob Lazar is interviewed on television by George Knapp and claims to have been working on the reverse engineering of alien spacecraft propulsion systems at a site called S-4. You would more likely be familiar with S-4 as being part of Area 51. The reason Area 51 is even familiar in pop culture traces back to Bob Lazar.

In December of 2017 journalists Helen Cooper, Leslie Kean and Ralph Blumenthal published the following three articles in the New York Times.

December 16, 2017 – Glowing Auras and ‘Black Money’: The Pentagon’s Mysterious U.F.O. Program

December 16, 2017 – 2 Navy Airmen and an Object That ‘Accelerated Like Nothing I’ve Ever Seen’

December 17, 2017 – On the Trail of a Secret Pentagon U.F.O. Program

These articles were the catalyst for the modern UFO disclosure movement. It proved that indeed something was going on and US congress appeared to know a little but not much about it. Public pressure for answers has returned which is what resulted in UAP language being included in the 2022 National Defense Authorization Act and then being beefed up further in the 2023 National Defense Authorization Act which included whistleblower protection – a key provision that had been lobbied for so that those with access to the highest classified information including access to “unacknowledged secret access programs” (yes that’s a real thing) , would have protection to come forward.

And the provision worked! In a bombshell article, once again by journalists Leslie Kean and Ralph Blumenthal published on The Debrief on June 5, 2023 titled Intelligence Officials Say U.S. Has Retrieved Craft of Non-Human Origin, an impeccable whistleblower had stepped up. As their article states,

The whistleblower, David Charles Grusch, 36, a decorated former combat officer in Afghanistan, is a veteran of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). He served as the reconnaissance office’s representative to the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force from 2019-2021. From late 2021 to July 2022, he was the NGA’s co-lead for UAP analysis and its representative to the task force.

Grusch was shortly thereafter featured in an exclusive interview on News Nation by Australian investigative journalist and author Ross Coulthart. His claims were extraordinary. He said that there are secret programs being hidden from the public but also from congress and that the we are in possession of crashed and landed craft not of this world as well as bodies of aliens, although he prefers the term non-human intelligence (NHI). This culminated with a live congressional testimony by Grusch and two former fighter pilots Ryan Graves and David Fravor at the July 26, 2023 House Committee on Oversight and Accountability last week.

With this background you now have context to understand the incredible language from the UAP Disclosure Act which passed the Senate just one day after the hearing on July 27th. So what happens next? In my opinion the toothpaste is out of the tube and there’s no getting it back in. I believe UAP and NHI will be the single biggest talking points of in all of the news before this year ends. I’ll venture farther to predict that it will also be the biggest topic for the 2024 U.S. presidential elections. Politicians are already jockeying to appease swelling public interest. Certain congressmen and congresswomen have been privy to Grusch’s much more detailed and classified testimonies. One can only imagine what those details include. Most importantly if this language remains all the way through the House and then is signed into law by the President, the clock will then start ticking and those with information will have 60 days to come forward.

It’s important to note, however, there’s another disclosure timeline that few are paying attention to and that’s the deadline for public companies to report material events within 4 business days of occurrence to the SEC and shareholders via Form 8-K. The conversations internally at the publicly traded major aerospace defense contractors right now must be intense. Their potentially most valuable technological assets, derived from non-human intelligence, are in jeopardy of being taken through eminent domain. That is about as material event as it gets. As I prepare to publish this article I have been monitoring all the public company filings. Today is the 4th business day and unless something gets filed by midnight they have failed to disclose. I’m not a securities attorney but it would seem their legal liabilities have now risen significantly.

In conclusion the pressure for disclosure is rapidly accelerating. Financial market impact, which is my domain expertise, will arrive in a myriad of ways, some good, and some likely not so good. More importantly though I expect the revelations that come will be life changing for all of us. You can bet that the term ontological shock starts to come up a lot. Overall I’m optimistic we will learn a lot of new things about our place in the universe. I believe we will discover that we have existing advanced technologies that can quickly improve the health of the planet and all its habitants while simultaneously advancing the positive progression of the human civilization. There’s so much we don’t know and this journey has just begun. Stay tuned
